Registration Process

Filling of form, uploading of documents, fee payment and submission. After the online submission of the application form, the final print out has to be submitted along with the required documents to the school office (drop box).

Age Criteria for Grade 1

For Grade 1 registration, the child should complete 6 years as on 1 June 2026.

Documents to be enclosed along with the application form (hard copy):

1. Copy of Birth Certificate
2. Copy of Aadhaar (optional)
3. Processing Fee receipt

Guidelines

Finding the right school is all about finding the right environment for a child, and we at NPS, HRD strive with the same goal in mind. Admission to National Public School, HRD, is open to all children irrespective of caste, creed, race, religion, or gender. As per CBSE directives, the following priorities apply:

1. First priority: siblings of current students.
2. Second priority: children of teachers and staff members.
3. Priority for alumni families and nationally mobile groups (central/transferable services).
4. Internationally mobile families returning from abroad.
5. Government priority for minorities from different states to promote national integration.
6. Parents are requested to check the website periodically for updates regarding entrance tests; no separate intimation will be sent.

Subjects for Entrance Test

• Grades 2 to 5 – English, Mathematics
• Grades 6 to 10 – English, Mathematics, Science

To maintain an effective teaching-learning process, we limit class strength. Considering the limited number of seats available, parents are requested to understand these constraints. Exerting any influence for admission directly or indirectly will be a disqualification.
