Registration Process

Filling of form, uploading of documents, fee payment and submission. After the online submission of the application form, the final print out has to be submitted along with the required documents to the school office (drop box).

Age Criteria for Glow Montessori Centre

• For Montessori Toddler Programme – child should complete 2 years as on 1 June 2026.
• For Montessori 1 – child should complete 3 years as on 1 June 2026.
• For Pre-KG – child should complete 3 years as on 1 June 2026.
• For KG 1 & Montessori 2 – child should complete 4 years as on 1 June 2026.
• For KG 2 & Montessori 3 – child should complete 5 years as on 1 June 2026.

Documents Required

1. Copy of Birth Certificate
2. Copy of Aadhaar (optional)
3. Processing Fee receipt

Guidelines

Finding the right school is all about finding the right environment for a child and we at NPS, HRD strive with the same goal in mind. Admission to National Public School, HRD, is open to all children, irrespective of caste, creed, race, religion or gender. A large number of parents are seeking admission to National Public School, HRD. We would like to inform every parent that we have very limited seats. As per the policy and directive of CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education), we have the following guidelines for admission to Montessori & Kindergarten. Even the department of education follows the same.

• First priority for siblings (applications are usually more than twice the seats).
• Second priority for children of our teachers and staff.
• Preference for alumni and nationally mobile group (central/transferable services).
• Admissions also open for internationally mobile families from schools outside India.
• Government prioritizes admission for minorities from different states to promote national integration.
• Parents should check the website periodically for entrance test updates.

To have an effective teaching learning process, we maintain limited class strength. Considering the limited number of seats available, it is expected that those who seek admission will realize and understand the constraints the institution faces. The disappointment of not getting admission should not become a matter of unhappiness among parents.

Note: Exerting any influence for admission directly or indirectly will be a disqualification.
