How Your Choices Today Shape Your Tomorrow.

NPS HRD recently hosted an engaging and insightful session for students of Grades 10-12, facilitated by seasoned educator Ms. Devi S Nair. Centered on the theme "How Your Choices Today Affect Your Tomorrow," the session encouraged students to reflect on the power of purposeful decision-making and the impact it has on their future.

Through interactive activities and meaningful discussions, Ms. Devi highlighted the importance of visioning—the ability to imagine, plan, and work towards one's aspirations.

Students explored concepts such as freedom, responsibility, entitlement, and identity, gaining valuable perspectives on shaping their own journeys. Thought-provoking questions like “Why should I vision?” and “How do I vision?” sparked meaningful dialogue, showcasing the curiosity and depth of thought among our young learners.

By sowing seeds of self-awareness and purposeful thinking, the session reinforced a powerful message: the students of today are the leaders of tomorrow, and every individual's path is unique, purposeful, and full of potential.
