NPS Hosur Road Empowers Students with Essential Vocational Skills

Education is most meaningful when it prepares students not just for examinations, but for life. Embracing the vision of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and the CBSE Skill Education framework, NPS HRD is nurturing future-ready learners through hands-on vocational training for students of Grades VI–VIII in the academic year 2026-27.

As part of this initiative, Grade VII students received practical training in basic automobile maintenance, learning to identify common tyre issues and repair a car tyre puncture. Beyond acquiring a technical skill, the session fostered self-reliance, problem-solving, and the confidence to handle unexpected situations on the road.

These experiential learning opportunities bridge the gap between classroom knowledge and real-world application, cultivating resilience, responsibility, and preparedness. At NPS HRD, every skill acquired today empowers students to become confident, compassionate, and capable citizens of tomorrow.
