National Public School Hosur Road celebrated its first annual event KALAKRUTHI 2019 on 20th December 2019, with a lot of fun, frolic and enthusiasm. The chief guest of the day Sri Harikrishnan, CEO, TISB, NAFL and NPS group of institutions and special guest of honor Smt. Shantha Chandran, the Principal of National Public School Indiranagar graced the occasion and blessed the students.
Kalakruthi 2019 was an amalgamation of the history, geography and culture of the continents of the world which was showcased through music, dance and drama!
Grade 1 students presented the largest continent Asia through the costumes of different countries in Asia followed by melodious number and graceful fan dance. Italian dance, French Welcome song and the confident presentation about the Europe by Grade 2 was indeed a memorable experience for the audience. Dark continent was bought to light by the Grade 3 students through their energetic performances. The amazing Americas was presented with an equally mesmerizing presentation by Grade 4 students, while Grade 5 students took the parents on a brief but colourful tour of Australia. Not to forget the skit on saving tress by the students of grade 1 to 3, gave a strong message to everyone about conservation of trees with their diligent breathtaking performance.
The magnificent, stupefying participation and performances of our young talents were applauded by the entire audience who riveted to their seats till the last show. All the parents and grandparents of the children were thoroughly immersed in the AURA of KALAKRUTHI.
